Objective:  To build midweek, non-holiday reservations for Woodloch Resort, a nationally recognized “family” resort.

The challenge is that “seniors” don’t typically take bus trips anymore. How to stand out among the many choices for Boomers?

RESORT-AWAYBanners-Spring-07Nestled in the picturesque northeast corner of Pennsylvania, Woodloch is a convenient 2-3 hour drive from New York and Philadelphia.

Boomers look for comfort, food and soft adventure with the ability to learn something new. Woodloch utilized its amenities to create a package that addressed all of these needs. We called it the AWAY package – Art, Wine, Adventure and YOU!

The campaign included onsite promotion to its already loyal guests as a reminder that Woodloch was not just for family with kids but for a family of friends as well as taking time to be a kid yourself.

An online ad campaign with Facebook and PPC with remarketing included humor with activity:

 

The results were an increase of nearly 20% for midweek stays. The campaign was put on hold for the summer and will resume in September.
